Job summary

The Inside Scoop Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an energetic Outlet Supervisor who can lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and ice cream experiences.

You will manage daily operations, staffing and inventory, drive sales growth, and uphold our SOPs while working weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: SPM/STPM/Pre-U, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in F&B, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year in F&B or related field.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For :

Experience : At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in F&B or related field is required for this position.

Languages : Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Skills : Leadership, teamwork and problem solving abilities

Flexibility : Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift duty

Relocation : Open to relocating for new opportunities.
