Job summary

INITIA GROUP is seeking energetic individuals for Gelato Server roles in our F&B concept. You will warmly greet guests, scoop gelato, prepare cones, and ensure attractive displays while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Training is provided; no prior experience required. This part-time position offers Mon-Fri 20 MYR per hour, with at least 4 hours daily and a mix of weekday/weekend shifts. Visa support is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent, friendly service.
• Scoop and serve gelato accurately and attractively according to portion standards.
• Prepare gelato-based items (e.g., cones, cups, sundaes, affogatos, milkshakes).
• Refill display cases with gelato, ensuring freshness, cleanliness, and visual appeal.
• Monitor gelato stock levels and report shortages or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Operate POS systems and handle transactions
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, including temperature control and storage standards.
• Assist in daily opening and closing procedures.
• Participate in inventory checks and assist in product rotation (FIFO system).

Overall Job Objectives

We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to deliver warm, friendly, and exceptional food & beverage service standards within INITIA Group F&B Brands. The Gelato Server will support the Outlet In-Charge in enhancing customer experience and boosting outlet performance through quality service.

Core Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent, friendly service.

Scoop and serve gelato accurately and attractively according to portion standards.

Prepare gelato-based items (e.g., cones, cups, sundaes, affogatos, milkshakes).

Refill display cases with gelato, ensuring freshness, cleanliness, and visual appeal.
