Job summary

MIXUE Ice Cream and Tea at Palm Mall, Seremban is seeking an ambitious and responsible Management Trainee to join our MIXUE outlet team. This role is designed for someone who wants to build a career in F&B operations and leadership, with responsibilities beyond a normal service crew position.

You will assist in daily outlet operations, train new staff on SOPs, ensure SOP compliance, manage inventory, monitor cleanliness and product quality, and lead the team during shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous F&B, retail or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Fresh graduates with strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
