Job summary

The Inside Scoop Sdn Bhd is seeking a passionate Outlet Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive excellent customer service, manage daily operations and staffing, and ensure stock accuracy while upholding store standards.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in F&B, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Weekend and shift work will be required in a vibrant ice cream environment.

Qualifications

• Education in F&B, hospitality, tourism or related field (SPM/STPM/Pre-U, Diploma or Bachelor's).
• At least 1 year of experience in F&B or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Leadership, teamwork and problem solving abilities.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and shifts; relocation not required.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For :

Education : SPM/STPM/Pre-U, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in F&B, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.

Experience : At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in F&B or related field is required for this position.

Languages : Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Flexibility : Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift duty

Relocation : Open to relocating for new opportunities.
