Job summary

PLAYA Racquet Club in Malaysia is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations, lead a on-ground team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, hospitality-forward environment.

The role requires supervisory experience in F&B/retail/hospitality or sports facilities, willingness to work nights and weekends, and strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin a bonus). Comfortable with POS systems and shift reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations, including court bookings, service flow and facility upkeep.
• Supervise, schedule, and motivate on-ground staff across shifts, including night operations.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve guest issues on the spot.
• Monitor stock, equipment, and facility conditions; flag maintenance or supply needs promptly.
• Enforce SOPs, safety standards, and cleanliness across the outlet.
• Handle cash/POS reconciliation, shift reports, and incident documentation.
• Liaise with management on staffing, performance, and operational improvements.
• Be available to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per outlet hours.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth court bookings, service flow, and facility upkeep

WHO YOU ARE

Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role, ideally in F&B, retail, hospitality, or sports/fitness facilities

Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and rotational schedules

Strong leadership and people-management skills, with a calm, solutions-first attitude under pressure

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a bonus

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask during peak hours

Basic proficiency with POS systems and shift reporting
