Job summary

The Goodnite brand seeks an Outlet Manager to drive annual sales targets across a network of outlets in Malaysia. You will lead store teams, optimize stock, analyze performance, and implement promotions to boost revenue and profitability.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma/Degree in business or related field and at least 3 years in retail management, with strong leadership and communication skills. Furniture/home furnishings experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with analytical abilities.
• Sales-driven with a focus on targets and business results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems; good communication and coaching.
• Good understanding of retail KPIs, sales performance and financial indicators.
• Demonstrates positive leadership, accountability, customer focus and commercial mindset.
• Experience in furniture, mattress, home furnishing, cabinetry, or related retail industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets by driving sustainable growth through planning and monitoring daily performance.
• Drive sales growth by maximizing opportunities and cross-selling.
• Optimize sales via data analysis, action plans, and regular reviews.
• Execute campaigns to maximize outlet participation and revenue growth.
• Lead, coach, and motivate outlet teams to achieve business goals.
• Deliver customer experiences, resolve issues, and build loyalty.
• Gather market intelligence and identify opportunities to drive traffic and sales.
• Ensure inventory control through stock management, replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Maintain efficient outlet operations with SOPs, resources, and visual standards.

Education
