Job summary

Gintech Mobile is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to lead the outlet sales team and oversee daily store operations in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role requires someone who can lead people, drive sales, and take ownership of the outlet beyond senior sales duties.

Key responsibilities include supervising staff, achieving sales targets, coaching, and ensuring SOP compliance while maintaining store presentation and handling escalations professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retail sales or related field.
• Strong sales ability and customer service skills.
• Able to lead and manage a small team.
• Responsible and disciplined.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
• Able to handle difficult customers and staff issues professionally.
• Experience in mobile phones, telecommunications or consumer electronics retail is highly preferred.
