Job summary

Luxury Careers Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable retail supervisor to drive store sales in Iskandar Puteri, Malaysia. You will monitor UPT, ATV, and conversion rate, coach staff, and ensure top-tier customer service while maintaining visual merchandising standards on the shop floor.

The role involves stock control, cash handling, and daily store operations with a strong emphasis on leadership and teamwork. Weekend/evening shifts and public holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail supervisory experience (fashion/lifestyle preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Sales-driven with good knowledge of POS/retail operations.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales performance against key retail KPIs - UPT (Units Per Transaction), ATV (Average Transaction Value), and CR (Conversion Rate).
• Track and report on daily/weekly KPI performance, identifying gaps and coaching the team to improve results.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently meet individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain visual merchandising standards on the shop floor.
• Oversee stock management, cash handling, and daily store operations.
