Job summary

Grandmama's, a renowned Malaysian restaurant brand, seeks an experienced Outlet Manager in Selangor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, high‑quality service across all shifts.

You will lead and train the outlet team, manage inventory and costs, uphold HACCP/Halal standards, and work with management to meet financial targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an F&B supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, motivate and supervise the outlet team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer feedback professionally.
• Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to increase revenue.
• Control food, beverage and operating costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering and supplier coordination.
• Prepare staff schedules and oversee attendance and productivity.
• Monitor cash handling, daily sales reports and outlet performance.
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment and overall outlet presentation.
• Work closely with management to achieve operational and financial targets.
