Job summary

Manjaku Holdings Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an ambitious Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a frontline team to achieve KPIs.

You will manage inventory, merchandising, and guest services while developing strategies to grow traffic and profitability, and maintaining visual standards. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays is a must.

Qualifications

• Preferably with secondary education with proven experiences in retail sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skill with the ability to motivate team members.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and computer literate.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including sales techniques and inventory management.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and during public holidays.
• Willing to work on shift, weekends & public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store maintenance.
• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Lead and motivate the team in achieving KPIs set by the company.
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
• Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior as and when needed.
