Qualifications

• Provide high quality service and dining experience
• Familiar with full floor operation; cover all floor roles
• Responsible for outlet sales target and KPIs including costs
• Lead and develop team through training, motivation, assessment; be a role model
• Respond to customer or team feedback professionally
• Ensure stock for daily operation; FEFO system
• Maintain outlet safety, cleanliness and hygiene
• Ensure SOP adherence and execution
• Manage recruitment, training, scheduling and reporting shortages/excess

Responsibilities
