Qualifications

• F&B supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and outlet performance.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Japanese restaurant experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the outlet.
• Leading, coaching & motivating the restaurant team.
• Ensuring excellent customer service & dining experience.
• Managing staff performance, scheduling & discipline.
• Monitoring sales, costs, stock & overall outlet performance.
• Maintaining food quality, hygiene & operational standards.
• Handling customer feedback and resolving operational issues.
• Ensuring company policies and SOPs are consistently followed.
