CORAMAX MALL SDN BHD is seeking an Outlet Manager in Kuching, Malaysia, to lead daily operations of a Japanese restaurant. You will manage staff, ensure service excellence, and monitor performance to maintain high quality dining experiences.

Ideal candidates bring F&B supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced setting. Japanese restaurant exposure is a plus, with focus on SOP adherence and team collaboration.

Qualificações

• F&B supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and outlet performance.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Japanese restaurant experience is an advantage.
