Job summary

Randstad Malaysia seeks a Retail Outlet Manager for its electronics retail network. You will oversee daily operations, drive RM300,000 monthly sales with 50% GP, and lead a team to hit KPIs including an 80% customer closing rate and zero rejection.

You will plan staff rosters, monitor inventory, train staff on IT products and customer service, and report performance and financials to management, ensuring compliance and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, IT, or related fields.
• 3+ years in retail store management, IT / Consumer Electronics.
• Proven history of achieving sales targets (RM300k/month, 50% GP).

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales target of RM300,000 with 50% GP.
• Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the retail outlet.
• Lead the team to achieve KPIs, including Zero Rejection and 80% customer closing rate.
• Plan staff work schedules and ensure adequate manpower.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Train and coach staff on IT products and sales techniques.
• Evaluate staff performance and disciplinary matters.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to reach outlet targets.
• Plan promotions and campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Analyze sales performance for trends and improvements.
• Prepare and submit operational, sales, and financial reports.
