Job summary

LKE Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee a durian retail outlet. The role reports to Head of Retail and focuses on operational excellence, strong sales, and stellar customer experience across a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of retail management experience in F&B or specialty retail, with proven leadership and a hands-on approach. Travel to support store operations and events is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in retail management, preferably within F&B, fresh produce, or specialty retail.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple outlets and large teams.
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and maintain operational excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical and results-oriented with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Willing to travel and support store operations / events across regions.

Responsibilities

• Retail Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of retail outlet to ensure smooth execution, service quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Sales & Performance Management: Monitor store performance, set sales targets, and drive initiatives to achieve business goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate retail supervisors and frontline teams to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
• Inventory & Product Management: Ensure proper stock levels, product display, and freshness control, working closely with supply chain and operations teams.
• Customer Experience: Uphold high standards of customer engagement, ensuring every outlet reflects the brand’s quality and hospitality.
• Reporting & Analysis: Review sales data, customer feedback, and operational reports to identify improvement areas and propose solutions.
• SOP & Compliance: Implement and enforce company SOPs, health & safety guidelines, and retail policies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and HR teams to execute promotions, training, and brand campaigns effectively.
