Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience with proven campaign management.
• Strong digital marketing, social media, content marketing and lead generation experience.
• Proficient in paid media strategies across platforms like Facebook/Instagram, AdWords, YouTube, and third-party ad platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring.
• Manage digital marketing activities including website, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, and analytics.
• Develop and manage social media strategies, content calendars, and engaging marketing content.
• Drive lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns with Sales and Business Development teams.
• Plan and coordinate events, exhibitions, roadshows, seminars, and corporate activities.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels and marketing materials.
• Manage external vendors, designers, printers, and digital partners.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data and ROI, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and insights for management.

• Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
• Possess own transport & willing to travel as and when needed.
