Responsibilities

• To run daily Outlet Kitchen operation in line with company's business directions and objectives.
• To guide and provide training / education to build an effective kitchen operation team.
• Know-how to report adequately to top management pertaining daily kitchen operation and provide suggestion / solution for any issues to be solve.
• To conduct effective purchase and stock control.
