VII STYLE HOLDING SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Outlet Chef to manage daily Western Fusion kitchen operations for a Sunway Velocity-based restobar/restaurant. The role requires leadership to guide a strong kitchen team and ensure top service quality.

You will implement SOPs, maintain cleanliness standards and contribute to menu execution while collaborating with management on purchasing and stock control. A passion for hospitality and customer excellence is essential.

About the role
This is a full-time Outlet Chef (Western Fusion for Bistro or Restaurant & Bar) position based in Sunway Velocity, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.

What you're required to do

To run daily Outlet Kitchen operation in line with company's business directions and objectives.

To guide and provide training / education to build an effective kitchen operation team.

Know-how to report adequately to top management pertaining daily kitchen operation and provide suggestion / solution for any issues to be solve.

To conduct effective purchase and stock control.

A chef who is experience in restobar especially with Western fusion cooking skills. knowledge and passion.

A chef who carry high commitment of kitchen SOP and cleanliness requirements.

TJ Gourmet act as a central productions and distributions center to supply its semi-products to all owned brands and others such as pubs, bistro and cafes. Alongside as producers and suppliers, our team does provide kitchen setup and cooking consultation services.

Meal Boxes are meant for group ordering for breakfast, lunch, dinner; Ready-to-Cook (RTC) are products such as paste and chilies that brings convenience in cooking; Ready-to-Eat (RTE) are products which can be kept and can be consume by defrosting then just heat up with microwave, oven, air-fryer and gas stove. RTE are mainly cater for students, young working adult and modern family.
