Job summary

Konfulon New Energy SDN.BHD is seeking an proactive Outdoor Sales Representative to promote the brand, develop new customers, and expand our sales market. This role is primarily field-based, requiring you to actively go out and develop the market rather than work from an office.

You will visit stores, repair shops, and retailers, promote products, and arrange orders while maintaining relationships. The role requires a self-driven, proactive personality and willingness to travel monthly for

Qualifications

• Field-based role requiring you to visit customers regularly.
• Must have own transport and a valid driving licence.
• Experience in Outdoor Sales or business development is preferred.
• Able to independently plan daily visit routes and schedules.
• Willing to travel for monthly out-of-station business trips.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers through field visits and promotions.
• Visit mobile stores, repair shops, retailers and operators to expand market.
• Promote the company brand and products to customers.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up to secure orders and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate with Sales/Admin to track orders and shipments.
• Maintain existing accounts and build long-term partnerships.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor conditions.
• Arrange at least one out-of-station trip per month.
• Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets.

We are a professional mobile phone accessories wholesaler specializing in Power Banks, Data Cables, Bluetooth Earphones, and various mobile phone accessories. We are seeking an proactive Outdoor Sales Representative to promote our company brand, develop new customers, and expand our sales market. This role is primarily field-based, requiring you to actively go out and develop the market rather than work from an office.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop new customers and identify potential sales opportunities through field visits
2. Visit and develop mobile phone stores, mobile repair shops, mobile accessories shops, mobile chain stores, telecommunications operators, and related retailers
3. Introduce and promote the company brand and products to customers
4. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their requirements
5. Follow up with customers and obtain orders
6. Maintain existing customer relationships and establish long-term partnerships
7. Conduct regular customer visits to understand market and competitive conditions
8. Coordinate with the company Sales/Admin Team to follow up on orders and shipments
9. Arrange at least one out-of-station business trip per month to develop markets and customers in other areas
10. Achieve sales targets set by the company and complete other related work

About you

• Must have own transportation (car or motorcycle)
• Able to independently visit customers in the field
• Valid driving license
• Experience in Outdoor Sales, Sales, or Business Development preferred
• Experience in mobile phone accessories, mobile phone industry, telecommunications, or retail industry is a plus
• Proactive and positive personality with courage to communicate with unfamiliar customers
• Good communication and sales skills
• Willing to go out and visit customers, not resistant to cold outreach
• Responsible and able to independently arrange daily visit routes and work schedule
• Able to accept at least one out-of-station business trip per month
