Job summary

Monee in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Experienced (Individual Contributor) to join the loan collections & recovery team. You will handle outbound calls with customers, formulating repayment strategies to settle outstanding balances, and monitor progress in line with KPIs.

You will manage Singapore customers’ repayment obligations, motivate timely repayments via outbound collections, and respond to inquiries on repayments and arrears. Diploma holders encouraged to apply; Mandarin fluency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Possess minimum diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in collections or in a call center background is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Mandarin fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engaging in debt-related conversations with Singapore customers and formulating a customized repayment strategy to facilitate settling their outstanding balances.
• Manage Singapore’s customers’ repayment obligations and motivate timely repayments through outbound collections & recovery calls.
• Proactively achieve/exceed assigned targets whilst complying with collections methodologies and policies by the company and regulatory bodies.
• The focal point for customer enquiries relating to repayment on overdue accounts.
