L&L Advisory in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly collections agent to connect with customers by phone to remind them about payments and overdue accounts.

You will help customers set up payment arrangements, update records in our system, and work in a supportive team focused on financial wellbeing. English and Malay fluency is required; Mandarin is an added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualificações

• Able to communicate in English & Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Basic computer skills (Excel)
• Responsible with good communication skills
• Experience in Telemarketing / Collection / Customer Service is preferred
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
