Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN MVC RESOURCES SDN. BHD. is looking for a proactive finance professional to drive end-to-end O2C activities in Kuala Lumpur, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely collections.

You will handle AR, credit management, billing disputes, and payment issues, perform bank reconciliations and month-end closing, and maintain master data with strict adherence to policies and SLAs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in O2C/I2C, AR, credit management, or collections.
• Strong understanding of AR, collections and master data processes.
• SAP experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English required.
• Prior people management experience for team lead roles.

Responsibilities

Job description

Handle end-to-end O2C activities, including accounts receivable, payment allocation, collections, and overdue monitoring.

Manage customer queries, billing disputes, payment issues, and credit assessments.

Perform bank reconciliation, AR ageing reviews, and month-end closing activities.

Maintain accurate customer, vendor, and staff master data in accordance with company policies and SLAs.

Support credit limit management, cash flow forecasting, and process improvements.

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

For team lead responsibilities, supervise and train team members, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and drive process improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in O2C/I2C, AR, credit management, collections, or related finance operations.

Good understanding of AR, collections, credit management, and master data processes.

SAP experience is an advantage.

Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English is required.

FMCG industry experience is an added advantage.

Prior people management experience is required for team lead positions.
