• Leadand oversee daily Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations, with a primaryfocus on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Master Data management.
  
• Superviseand develop a team of 14 members, ensuring operational efficiency, servicequality, and achievement of KPIs and SLAs.
  
• Oversee customer master data management, including customer creation,amendments, data validation, and maintenance to ensure accuracy andcompliance.
