Job summary

Infosys seeks an experienced OTC Team Lead to oversee Cash Application, AR reporting, Collections, Billing and O2C Closing for the China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong markets. Mandarin communication is essential for operational discussions and stakeholder meetings.

You will lead daily OTC operations, ensure timely processing, manage master data, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, and customers in a fast-paced shared services environment, with SAP/S4HANA experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in OTC/O2C processes such as Cash Application, AR reporting, Collections, Billing and O2C Closing.
• Mandarin fluency (spoken and written) required to support Chinese stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP/S4HANA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day OTC operations for assigned markets (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong).
• Perform and oversee Cash Application activities for timely allocation of receipts.
• Manage Customer Master Data creation, maintenance and governance.
• Support and execute monthly O2C Closing activities within timelines.
• Monitor and prepare AR reports, analyze aging and highlight collection risks.
• Drive Collections to improve cash flow and reduce overdue balances.
• Support Billing and Invoice Management processes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, and disputes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Commercial teams, and customers.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced OTC Team Lead to support the China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing key Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities, including Cash Application, Customer Master Data Management, Accounts Receivable (AR) Reporting, Collections, Billing, and O2C Closing activities. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin for operational discussions and stakeholder meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day OTC operations for assigned markets.
• Perform and oversee Cash Application activities, ensuring timely and accurate allocation of receipts.
• Manage Customer Master Data creation, maintenance, and governance.
• Support and execute monthly O2C Closing activities within agreed timelines.
• Monitor and prepare Accounts Receivable (AR) reports, analyze aging, and highlight collection risks.
• Drive Collections activities to improve cash flow and reduce overdue balances.
• Support Billing and Invoice Management processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, and customer disputes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Finance, Sales, Commercial teams, and customers.
• Handle operational requests via email and participate in stakeholder meetings conducted in Mandarin.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in:

• Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash (OTC/O2C) process.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory to support Chinese stakeholder.
• Good command of English for business communication.
• Experience with SAP or SAP S/4HANA will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced shared services environment.
