Job summary

Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd is seeking an OSS Operations Support professional to configure, deploy, and tailor OSS solutions, perform UAT, and maintain systems.

You will handle modules such as FM, PM, SDM, and WFM, and assist with troubleshooting and minor customizations during maintenance windows. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor degree in CS/Engineering and has 2+ years OSS experience, with strong English skills; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering with 2+ years OSS experience.
• Familiar with database principles and basic data modeling.
• Familiar with integration protocols (CORBA, SNMP, SOAP/REST).
• Knowledge of Operating Systems, databases, and HA/DR solutions.
• Understanding of Operations and Maintenance, NOC and operation processes.
• Good English communication skills; Mandarin a plus.
• Familiar with eTOM and ITIL is a plus.
• NOC or operations automation experience is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and deploy OSS systems (GUI, scripts, enrichment/correlation, auto TT, auto diagnosis, auto TT closure, reporting, TT page, process design).
• Perform UAT, trial runs, and system maintenance.
• Manage one or more OSS modules (FM, PM, SDM, WFM, Reporting, Predictive).
• Support OSS minor customizations, troubleshooting, and software updates during maintenance.
• Understand SOW and customer requirements; output OSS technical solutions and delivery plans.
• Support OSS sales by reviewing technical proposals and requirements.
