Responsibilities

Provide helpdesk support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues across computers, networks, servers, printers, and projectors.
Monitor, evaluate, plan, design, and budget IT Business Office environments and operations.
Analyze data on daily operations to identify infrastructure bottlenecks and potential problems and provide corrective feedback to ensure SLA compliance.
Improve customer satisfaction and office productivity through daily optimization and improvements.
