Job summary

Huawei Technologies Malaysia is seeking a capable IT professional to provide helpdesk support and troubleshoot hardware and software across servers, networks, CCTV, IP PBX, UPS and access systems.

The role includes monitoring IT operations, evaluating performance, planning budgets, and maintaining infrastructure to meet SLA targets. A bachelor’s degree in IT/CS is required, with CCNP preferred; strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of Networking, IP PBX System, CCTV System, UPS System and Security Door Access System, Windows Server and related build up server room.
• CCNP certification holder is preferable.
• Troubleshooting, commitment, responsibility, data analysis, teamwork, customer orientation, prioritization and multitasking.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support and troubleshooting for hardware and software in terms of IT infrastructure.
• Monitor, evaluate, plan, budget and operate IT Business Office infrastructure.
• Analyze daily operation data to identify bottlenecks and ensure timely corrective actions for SLA compliance.
• Work to improve customer satisfaction and office productivity through daily optimization.
