Job summary

Sunway Medical Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking a Service Coordinator to coordinate and manage clinical data collection, validation and documentation, ensuring accurate information flows across departments.

You will support clinical registries, outcome measurements, audits and research activities; assist with data collection during surgical procedures; prepare and analyze clinical reports and performance data; collaborate with consultants, clinicians and nurses to maintain timely information.

Qualifications

• Degree in Medical/Life Sciences/Healthcare or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in clinical data management or similar healthcare role; fresh graduates welcome.
• Good analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/computer applications.
