Job summary

RSPO is seeking a Manager, Organisational Development in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role drives learning, engagement, and organisational effectiveness, reporting to the Head of Organisational Development and coordinating delivery through the OD team.

The successful candidate will lead capability strategies, advise senior stakeholders, and oversee governance across performance, promotion and design of roles to strengthen our global sustainable palm oil mission.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in performance management and promotion governance.
• Experience in organisation design and job evaluation.
• Advising senior stakeholders on organisational development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning & Development initiatives aligned to organisational priorities.
• Develop learning plans based on capability gaps and workforce needs.
• Advise leaders on employee development solutions and measure impact.
• Analyze learning data and report organisational outcomes.
• Design engagement, culture and wellbeing initiatives.
• Monitor performance management framework and governance.
