Job summary

NielsenIQ in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Specialist, Engagement & Organization Development to strengthen OD, employee engagement, learning & development, and change management across the APAC SA&I teams. The role partners with business leaders, HR, and regional teams to translate priorities into programs, measures, and communications that align with strategy and foster a future-ready culture.

B based in Kuala Lumpur with on-site work, you will lead engagement initiatives, support transformation

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Employee Engagement, Organization Development, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, Change Management, HR Programs, or Project Management.
Experience working in a regional or cross-market environment.
