Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in Korean and English, including Business Writing and communication.
• Familiar with F&A outsourcing operation.
• Rich client facing experience.
• Good at communication with client.
• High responsibility and dedication on work.
• Overtime may be required during peak periods.
• Non-standard hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation on OTC process and meet targets including SLAs with client.
• Achieve client satisfaction at management level and end-users.
• Facilitate the operational Change Request process.
• Build team succession and develop capabilities.
• Provide a holistic view of service delivery to the client.
• Serve as clear escalation route and drive issue resolution.
• Initiate and own continuous improvement projects in area of responsibility.
• Ensure unit compliance with Accenture policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sound operations management and SLA governance.
• Engage in client interactions and maintain strong relationships.
