Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3-4+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in Korean and English, including business writing.
• Familiar with F&A outsourcing operation.
• Rich client facing experience, good communication with client.
• Overtime may be required during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily OTC operation and ensure service delivery.
• Manage daily operational performance and meet SLAs with the client.
• Achieve client satisfaction at management and end-user level.
• Facilitate the Change Request process and handle escalations.
• Build team succession and ensure effective delivery.
• Provide a holistic view of service delivery to the client.
• Act as escalation route for service issues and resolve.
• Support ad hoc contractual projects in line with project teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within responsibility area.
• Ensure compliance with Accenture policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with OE support team and SDL for cost control and hiring decisions.
