Job summary

BD Agriculture (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Order Management cum Project Coordinator to manage and process sales orders in ERP, ensuring accurate details, pricing and specifications. The role involves maintaining records, replying to sales and customer inquiries, and coordinating with logistics, engineering, and sales to meet customer requirements.

You will collaborate with Quote Analysts and Project Management to ensure final order accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing orders and coordinating across departments.
• Strong proficiency with ERP and CRM systems to track order status.

Responsibilities

• Manage & process sales orders in ERP system with accuracy.
• Provide timely information on order status, product availability and shipment details.
• Coordinate with logistics, project management, sales and local teams to fulfill customer requirements.
• Maintain CAD drawings and project documents updated for customers and installation teams.
• Update CRM with order statuses and customer profiles on a regular basis.
• Produce weekly order delivery schedule reports for Sales Support Manager and Planner.
