Job summary

Everlife-Chemopharm Group is seeking an Order Processing Executive to join the Supply Chain team in Malaysia. You will ensure timely creation of sales orders and delivery orders, coordinate with internal departments, and manage order status updates for customers.

The role requires a Diploma in a related field and 1–2 years of experience, with strong administrative and communication skills. SAP knowledge is a plus; we value accuracy, independence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must-have diploma in any related field or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong administrative, planning and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Able to interact professionally with internal and external customers.
• Basic knowledge of sales order processing/purchasing is a plus.
• Experience in SAP is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, team player and willingness to learn.
• Independent and able to multitask with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create sales orders and processing of customer orders and Delivery Orders to meet requested dates.
• Coordinate with internal departments to monitor shipments and provide order/delivery status to customers.
• Consolidate customer POs and release POs to suppliers accurately and promptly.
• Engage with external and internal customers and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery and resolve disputes or discrepancies.
• Compile and file POD documents and maintain orderly records for quick retrieval.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with SOPs/policies.

Job description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join the Supply Chain team as an Order Processing Executive

You will play an important role to:

• Ensure timely and flawless creation of sales order / processing of customer orders & Delivery Order in the system to meet customer request date.
• Constantly work with internal customer / coordinate with respective dept in monitoring the shipments and providing order status/delivery status to customer from time to time.
• To consolidate customer POs & release PO to supplier in accurate & timely manner.
• Swiftly engage with external customers, internal customers and coordinate with logistics on timely delivery of goods and to swiftly resolve delivery disputes & product discrepancy etc., if any.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation and timely compilation of proof of delivery(POD) documents and record keeping. Match and file all corresponding documents in an orderly fashion to ensure quick retrieval.
• To carry out other duty as assigned
• Compliance/adhere to all Standard Operating Procedure/policies established by the company

To be successful in this role, you would require:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any related fields or its equivalent.
• Preferably with 1 – 2 year(s) of related working experience.
• Possess strong administrative, planning and organizational capabilities.
• Possess strong communication, negotiation, problem solving, analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Able to interact professionally with all internal and external customers.
• Preferable candidate with basic knowledge on sales order processing/purchasing.
• Experiences in Purchasing & SAP knowledge will be added advantage.
• Positive attitude, team player and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision & multitasking.
