Job summary

SPD Scientific (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Executive in Malaysia. The role focuses on verifying orders, ensuring data integrity, and entering orders into the ERP system promptly.

You will coordinate with customer service and related teams to confirm product availability and delivery timelines. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation, and addressing order inquiries with professional and timely responses.

Responsibilities

• Order Verification and Entry
• Review incoming orders for completeness and accuracy vs customers purchase orders
• Ensure all required information is provided before processing orders
• Enter orders into the ERP accurately and in a timely manner
• Order Coordination
• Collaborate with Customer Service Executive and other related teams to confirm product availability and delivery timelines
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve any order-related issues
• Monitor order status and provide regular updates to relevant parties
• Documentation and Record Keeping
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all order transactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order processing
• Prepare and distribute necessary documentation, such as order confirmations and invoices
• Customer Service
• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to order status and delivery
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to queries and resolving issues
• Manage all upstream order processing per SOP & WI
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.
