Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher company, is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team in PJ, Malaysia, handling end-to-end Order to Cash workflows from order placement to fulfillment on-site. You will coordinate with sales, operations and supply chain to ensure accurate, timely responses to inquiries and escalations.

The ideal candidate has a college degree or technical training in customer service, strong English communication, and experience with SAP and order management.

Qualifications

• College degree, technical training in customer service, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge in order management and SAP is a MUST.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Organizational and analytical skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to coach and lead the team towards ONETEAM and policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of associates responsible for end-to-end Order to Cash via phone, email and e-commerce.
• Collaborates with customers, sales, operations and supply chain to ensure timely information for inquiries.
• Partners with sales and customer service reps to satisfy customer needs.
• Serves as the point person for complex inquiries and escalations.
• Ensures Pall’s policies are current and executed to comply with requirements.
• Coaches/mentors associates in career development.
• Drives continuous improvement as part of Danaher Core Behavior.
