Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a Sales & Order Coordinator for our client, a sustainability-driven beverage company in Malaysia. The role involves handling daily sales operations, coordinating customer orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales coordination, order processing, or related roles preferred.
• Fresh graduates with good communication and coordination skills may be considered.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Organized and able to manage multiple orders, deadlines and tasks.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with sales, warehouse and logistics teams.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and email communication.
• Willing to travel to retail outlets when required.
• Possession of own transport is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate customer orders and sales activities.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and delivery documents.
• Provide admin and coordination support to the sales team.
• Support in merchandising activities at retail outlets when not handling orders.
