You will process client orders, maintain detailed records, and provide administrative support including scheduling and reporting to drive smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between operations and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and client delivery
• Process and manage client orders while maintaining detailed records and documentation
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, correspondence and report preparation
• Liaise with clients to address queries, provide updates on order status and ensure satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to ensure stock availability for sales commitments
• Prepare sales reports, performance metrics and other administrative documentation
