Job summary

Sysmex Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator on a 4-month temporary contract in Subang Jaya. You will manage end-to-end order processing, coordinate with customers, warehouses, and sales teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation.

You will support Supply Chain operations, resolve inquiries, manage CAPA activities, and ensure adherence to ISO 9001, GDPMD, and internal quality standards, while maintaining audit-ready records and strong service levels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years in Customer Service, Order Processing, Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer order processing and fulfillment.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with customers, warehouse, transport, and sales teams.
• Plan and monitor deliveries to achieve on-time performance.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents and records.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order issues promptly.
• Coordinate investigations and CAPA actions when needed.
