Job summary

VIBRANTZ TECHNOLOGIES (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a diligent Customer Service Coordinator on a temporary contract in Malaysia.

The role focuses on managing orders, coordinating deliveries, and serving as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure accurate fulfilment and a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a related field, familiarity with SAP, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Basic experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, or administration is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders accurately and promptly using SAP.
• Review orders to ensure pricing, product availability, and delivery requirements are met.
• Monitor order progress and ensure timely order confirmations.
• Manage order amendments, cancellations, and other customer requests.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding order status, deliveries, product availability, and documentation.
• Proactively communicate shipment schedules, delivery delays, and potential supply issues to customers.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and support.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with Planning, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Ensure customer delivery requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparing and verifying shipping and export documentation, where applicable.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in SAP.
• Monitor open orders, backlogs, and delivery performance.
• Prepare routine reports and support data analysis as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
