Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
5–7 years of relevant supply chain and procurement experience in manufacturing or engineering, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
English proficiency with ability to communicate with diverse vendors; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

Direct end-to-end production scheduling and capacity allocation for in-house and outsourced operations.
Formulate procurement frameworks and manage direct machining sub-suppliers and vendors.
Oversee warehouse operations, import/export documentation, freight performance, and ERP inventory tracking.
Lead the procurement, production planning, and logistics team while improving workflows with ERP/MRP tools and ISO compliance.
