Open to fresh grads or professionals with up to 3 years of experience, the role requires reading mechanical drawings and engaging CNC/fabrication suppliers for quality, cost, and delivery improvements.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Fresh grads or up to 3 years of experience.
• Language proficiency: Maandaarin is an advantage; non-Maandaarin speakers may apply with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Mechanical drawings: Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings/blueprints is compulsory.
• Industry background: Solar, Semiconductor, or general manufacturing industries preferred.
• Soft skills: Strong negotiation skills and analytical mindset; able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard qualified machining suppliers to build a robust supply chain.
• Manage supplier resources, capacity planning, and long-term relationships.
• Drive supplier performance by monitoring quality, delivery timelines, and service levels.
