Job summary

Talent Recruit seeks a dynamic Head of Production to lead a precision engineering facility in Malaysia. You will direct a 50–60 CNC machine operation across two shifts, balancing new product introduction with ongoing high-volume production.

Focus on operational excellence, improving cycle times, toolpath optimization, and shop-floor throughput while maintaining strict quality and delivery standards. Strong leadership and ERP/MRP proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading high-precision CNC/manufacturing environments and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct manufacturing operations across a 50–60 machine CNC plant.
• Lead NPI and high-volume production alignment with budgets and targets.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve cycle times and OEE.
• Mentor supervisors and drive safety and operational discipline.
