Job summary

J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks an Operations Trainer to lead and support internal training for the Operations teams across sorting centers and locations.

You will develop programs, deliver enhanced SOPs and drive training effectiveness through assessments and engaging materials. The role requires strong presentation and communication skills, fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, and willingness to travel for on-site sessions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant corporate training experience (operations/L&D).
• Experience in logistics/courier/warehousing is an advantage.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel to sorting centers/locations for training when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal training for the Operations Department.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct training programs covering SOPs, processes and guidelines.
• Prepare PPT slides, training materials, quizzes, assessments and videos.
• Conduct training briefings, SOP roll-outs and operational awareness sessions.
• Prepare training tests and assessments to evaluate understanding and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with L&D on training schedules and documentation.
• Conduct on-site training at sorting centers and operational locations.
• Maintain training records, attendance and assessment results.
• Support other training-related projects and initiatives.
