Job summary

ZhongHe Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations & Training Executive to support daily operational administration, develop SOPs/workflows and coordinate training. This role bridges operations, admin, SOP management and business development to help the company scale its standardized processes.

The successful candidate will assist in mapping workflows, maintaining SOPs, preparing training materials and coordinating sessions with internal and external trainees.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome, or 1-3 years of experience in operations, company compliance, training, process management or related role.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics or a fast-growing startup is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operation administrative activities across departments and monitor tasks.
• Develop, update and maintain SOPs and workflows, and ensure master SOP register is up to date.
• Develop training materials, arrange training sessions and manage logistics and registrations.
• Identify recurring training gaps and recommend corrective training; maintain centralized training materials.
