Job summary

Glodon Company Limited in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks an Operations Specialist to coordinate internal systems (Salesforce, Microsoft, SharePoint) and manage contract SOPs. The role requires developing SOPs for contracts and orders, and structuring contract terms for overseas branches.

You will support HQ-level client meetings and analyze internal business data to inform decisions. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Administrative Management or related field with 3–5 years of SOP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Administrative Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in internal operations SOP management or business operations preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operation, management, and account renewal of internal systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft, and SharePoint.
• Formulate, execute, and update internal SOPs for contracts, orders, etc.
• Formulate, release, and execute contract terms for overseas branches.
• Support and manage headquarters-level client meetings.
• Report, analyze, and announce internal business data.
