You apply a strong control mindset to identify risks, investigate breaks, and prevent repeat issues. You partner closely with internal teams and external counterparties to deliver reliable, high‑quality outcomes in a time‑critical environment. You contribute ideas that improve processes, reporting, and operational resilience.

Market Operations sits at the center of the trade lifecycle, partnering with Trading, Sales, Treasury, Technology, Risk, and external market infrastructure to deliver safe and efficient execution. The team is measured on timeliness, accuracy, control performance, and client experience, with clear opportunities to broaden product and process knowledge over time.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to improve responsiveness and service quality
  • Escalate issues promptly with clear documentation, impact assessment, and proposed next steps
  • Participate in strategic initiatives that improve workflow efficiency, controls, and operational scalability

  • Stakeholder management skills, including timely escalation and expectation‑setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and day‑to‑day execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
