Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an FX Analyst in Market Operations to ensure accurate processing of FX transactions and settlements. You will confirm and pre-confirm settlements, manage payments, and maintain client data while investigating post-settlement issues.

You will apply knowledge of FX products, SWIFT MT messaging, and CLS settlements, working under pressure to meet SLAs and mitigate operational risk. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Experience with FX and derivatives products and payments processing.

Responsibilities

• Process Foreign Exchange and derivatives confirmation transactions within required timeframes.
• Resolve mismatches and inquiries in line with SLAs.
• Mitigate risk by reviewing trades and implementing controls.
• Publish daily MI reports on KPIs and risk indicators.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
• Escalate issues to team leader promptly.
• Follow controls and regulatory requirements in daily activity.
• Participate in strategic initiatives to improve processes and workflows.
