JPMorgan in Kuala Lumpur seeks an FX Analyst in Market Operations to ensure smooth processing of FX transactions and settlements. You will handle confirmations, pre-confirmations, and payment releases while maintaining client data and addressing post-settlement issues.

The role requires strong analytical skills, application of controls, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment with staggered shifts. Collaboration with global teams is expected.

Formación

• Understanding of FX and derivatives products.
• Proficiency in Japanese language.
• Knowledge of SWIFT MT messages and payment processing.

Responsabilidades

• Process FX and derivatives confirmations and ensure timely matching.
• Resolve mismatches and queries in line with SLAs.
• Mitigate risk by reviewing trades and implementing controls.
• Create and publish daily management information on KPIs and risk.
• Build relationships with internal and external clients.
• Escalate issues to team leader as needed.
• Apply knowledge of controls and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
