J&T Express is seeking a Logistics Arbitration Executive (Operations) to monitor, consolidate and analyse daily parcel damage data, identifying trends and high-risk points. You will coordinate with Network, Sorting Centre and Arbitration teams to ensure timely case resolution and carry out investigations with evidence verification to determine liability.

Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field (logistics/SCM/operations/data analytics).
Experience in logistics, courier services, quality control, arbitration or operations.
Strong sense of responsibility with risk awareness and data sensitivity.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Monitor, consolidate and analyse daily parcel damage data; identify trends and high-risk points.
Follow up on damage investigations; ensure SOPs are followed; inspections conducted.
Flag or intervene in cases of improper parcel packaging.
Support improvement of damage-related policies, workflows and procedures.
Coordinate with Network, Sorting Centre and Arbitration teams for timely resolutions.
Handle parcel damage arbitration cases, including investigations, evidence verification and root-cause analysis; determine liability.

Monitor, consolidate and analyse daily parcel damage data, identifying unusual trends and high-risk points.

Follow up on damage investigations and ensure outlets, sorting centres and transportation teams conduct searches and inspections in accordance with SOPs.

Flag, elevate or intervene in cases involving improper parcel packaging.

Support the improvement of damage-related policies, workflows and operational procedures.

Coordinate with Network, Sorting Centre, Customer Service and Arbitration teams to ensure timely case resolution.

Handle parcel damage arbitration cases, including investigations, evidence verification and root cause analysis, and determine liability based on investigation findings.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Data Analytics or a related field.

Experience in logistics, courier services, quality control, arbitration or operations.

Strong sense of responsibility with good risk awareness and data sensitivity.

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
